The first step in the FiberNet connectivity process is to fill out an Equipment Authorization Form. This enables us to provide you with a FREE fiber drop to your home/business. Act now, equipment installation will not be free of charge once FiberNet infrastructure construction is completed. Filling out this form does NOT obligate you to sign up for services through FiberNet Monticello.
